“Comprehensive Well Optimization: From Historical Insights to Real-Time Solutions”

Step One: Data Entry & Practical Optimization

In this initial phase, data from all previous wells is collected and analyzed. Similar wells are identified, allowing us to learn from the best-performing wells. This step focuses on leveraging historical data to enhance the performance of future drilling operations.

Step Two: Scientific Optimization

This phase employs modern methods to optimize hydraulic and mechanical parameters using specialized software. The goal is to apply scientific approaches and advanced techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of drilling operations, ensuring optimal performance.

Step Three: Real-Time Optimization

In the final step, real-time optimization is conducted using mechanical and hydromechanical energy charts. This process helps in optimizing instantaneous parameters and includes risk management strategies to assess potential risks such as buckling, loss of circulation, and stock management.
